We aim to achieve women’s economic empowerment through agribusiness-related activities, including better crop production, animal health and nutrition, feed management, postharvest preservation, value addition, entrepreneurship, marketing, and market access.

Our Goal

Give women the financial freedom they need to seize agribusiness possibilities and improve their savings and financial security.

Our Objectives

To promote the economic interest of its members following the cooperative principles and particularly:

1. Promote thrift among its members by allowing them to accumulate their savings and deposits, thereby creating a source of funds from which loans can be borrowed.

2. Ensure the progress of its members by educating them continuously on the proper use of savings and credit.

3. Work with other cooperatives to promote members’ interests, and in furtherance of the object, the society may affiliate with any apex organization as may be deemed fit by members.

4. Partner with insurance schemes to provide quality insurance products suitable for members to secure members’ interests and investments against risks.

To attain our objectives, society may undertake all actions permissible under the Act, specifically or generally.

Our Mission & Vision.

What we do

Through agribusiness and related ventures like farm production, processing, aggregation, and export services, we help women become economically independent. Additionally, we offer our members access to farm inputs like pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and disease control. We also assist our members with regard to postharvest management, such as food preservation, marketing, and market access.

We have also actively implemented training and consultation programs in association with our partner organizations who also assist in making peoples lives better day by day.

Our Goal

Give women the financial freedom they need to seize agribusiness possibilities and improve their savings and financial security

Our Vision

At AWAN, we work to promote a culture where women are given financial possibilities in agribusiness.
